Back from Los Angeles, where I spent the weekend with the family celebrating my Mom's birthday. (Happy Birthday, Mom!)

Ah, my dear, I wish I could have. But this was a ridiculously brief appearance: we arrived Saturday afternoon, and left Sunday evening. Hopefully, next time I'll be down for a *bit* longer (I'm sure my Mom would appreciate that, too.)
